A real-estate developer receiving many enquiries needed instant replies to customers, fair distribution across the sales team and oversight of follow-up speed.
The system we built
- Customer agent: an AI agent on Telegram that replies instantly and captures interest details.
- Admin agent: shows status and takes decisions from management.
- Distribution: routes leads to the sales team, with staff able to step into any conversation.
- Oversight: an audit and approvals log, and a board tracking the manager’s response time.
